This bit should be set by the application software in order to ini-
tiate a station management register access. This bit is automatically
cleared when the access is complete. The MAC ignores new trans-
fer requests made while the serial interface is busy. Writes to the
STA address or data registers are discarded if
STABUSY
is 1.
