There is no emission current

Check tune file to be certain that emission current is not = 0
•
Filament is not connected properly; try the other filament

Filament has failed; try the other filament

MS electronics are not working correctly
There is not enough signal to begin tune

Poor mass axis calibration

Width gain or offset is too high
