1.4.3 LCD Display: Zone Screen
The following explains how to read the LCD display when it is indicating an alarm. The
"Zone Screen" shown below indicates automatically when an alarm is received.
Top row: Alarm information
1. On the left, the text indicates that an alarm exists, and gives the type of alarm, for
example "Fire Alarm", "Fault", "Disabled", or "Info".
2. The word (zone) indicates that you are viewing the "Zone Screen".
3. On the right, the total number of current alarms (events) is shown.
Second row: Details of first alarm
4. On the left, the event number is shown.
5. The remainder of the line gives the description of the zone.
6. At the end of the line, the time of occurrence is shown. (Optional)
(This row always displays the first alarm received, and will therefore always indicate
"event 1".)
Third row: Details of other alarms
7. On the left, the event number is shown.
8. The remainder of the line gives the description of the zone.
9. At the end of the line, the time of occurrence is shown. (Optional)
(This row always displays the last alarm received. When manually scrolling alarms,
this takes place on row 3, and the event numbers will change as you scroll. After
scrolling, row three will revert to the last alarm received).
Bottom row: Confirms type of alarm shown
10. The word points to one of the four "common" alarm indicators, showing which type of
alarm is currently being displayed.
