When finished checking or deleting items in the mailboxes,

Number of Documents

When a box is selected which contains documents, the number of

stored documents is displayed.

Select All

Select to choose all documents stored in the box.

Delete

Use to delete selected documents.

Yes/No

Use this to confirm deletion of the selected document. It is valid

only when selecting one document.

Document Details

Displays additional information about the selected document.
