CHECKING AND TESTING
AT USER’S PREMISES
To ensure that the machine
has not been damaged dur-
ing transport or installation,
carry out the following
checks carefully:
Machine NOT in operation:
- Ensure that the warning
and hazard notices are
present on the machine and
that they are in good condi-
tion.
Machine IN operation:
- Ensure that all the guards
and safety devices of the
machine are intact and in
perfect working condition.
- Check the temperature of
the various components
when the machine is run-
ning. These must not be
heated excessively;
- Let the machine run empty
for a few minutes (2 min.
maximum) without material
inside to check the correct
functioning of each compo-
nent.
It is advisable to program
maintenance operations in-
stead of acting in the event
of an emergency, both for
economic reasons and as
regards convenience, so as
to eliminate risk of possible
stops during periods of maxi-
mum production.

BETREIBER DURCHZU-
FÜHREN SIND
Um sicherzustellen, daß die
Maschine beim Transport
und beim Einbau keine
Schäden erlitten hat, müs-
sen folgende Kontrollen
durchgeführt werden:
Bei ABGESCHALTETER
Maschine:
- Sicherstellen, daß alle
Warn- und Hinweisschilder
vorhanden und unbeschä-
digt sind.
Bei laufender Maschine:
- Die Funktionstüchtigkeit
und Unversehrtheit aller
Schutz- und Sicherheitsvor-
richtungen prüfen.
- Die Betriebstemperatur der
verschiedenen Maschinen-
teile prüfen. Diese dürfen
sich nicht übermäßig stark
erhitzen.
- Die Maschine maximal 2
Minuten ohne Zugabe von
Material laufen lassen und
dabei alle Bestandteile auf
ihre korrekte Funktion prü-
fen.
Eine Programmation der
Wartung ist empfehlenswert,
anstatt im Notfall eingreifen
zu müssen. Produktions-
ausfallzeiten lassen sich so
minimieren.
CONTROLES ET VERIFI-

CHEZ L’UTILISATEUR
Pour s’assurer que la ma-
chine n’a pas subi de dom-
mages pendant le transport
et l’installation, exécuter
avec soin les contrôles sui-
vants:
La machine ARRETEE:
- Vérifier la présence et l’in-
tégrité des plaques de dan-
ger et de recommandation.
La machine en SERVICE:
- Contrôler l’efficacité et l’in-
tégrité de toutes les protec-
tions et des dispositifs de
sécurité.
- Contrôler la température de
régime des divers compo-
sants. Il ne doivent pas
s’échauffer excessivement;
- Laisser fonctionner la ma-
chine à vide pendant quel-
ques minutes (au maxi 2)
sans produit à l’intérieur
pour vérifier le fonctionne-
ment correct de chaque
composant.
Il convient de programmer
régulièrement les interven-
tions au lieu d’intervenir en
conditions d’émergence,
tant pour des raisons écono-
miques que de commodité
d’intervention, afin d’éliminer
les arrêts potentiels pendant
les périodes de production
maximale.

L’ UTILIZZATORE
Per assicurarsi che la mac-
china durante il trasporto e
l’installazione non abbia su-
bito danni, eseguire con
scrupolo i seguenti control-
li:
Macchina NON funzionan-
te:
- Verificare la presenza e la
integrità delle targhe di peri-
colo e di avvertenza.
Macchina IN funzione:
- Controllare l’ efficienza e la
integrità di tutte le protezio-
ni e dei dispositivi di sicurez-
za.
- Controllare la temperatura
di regime dei vari compo-
nenti. Non devono riscaldar-
si in modo eccessivo;
- Lasciare funzionare a vuo-
to la macchina per alcuni
minuti (2’ max) senza ma-
teriale all’ interno per verifi-
care il corretto funzionamen-
to di ogni componente.
E‘ sempre preferibile pro-
grammare periodicamente
gli interventi anziché dovere
intervenire in condizioni di
emergenza, questo sia per
ragioni economiche che di
comodità di intervento, così
da eliminare potenziali arre-
sti durante i periodi di mas-
sima produzione.
