3C-5 Transfer:
• Pour transfer oil to transfer referring to “Transfer Oil
Change”.
• Pour automatic transaxle fluid to automatic transaxle
referring to “A/T Fluid Change in Section 5A”.
• Check oil level and leakage.

1. Transfer output flange nut
: After tightening nut so as rotational
torque of pinion shaft to be in
specified value, caulk nut securely.
16. Oil drain plug
: Apply sealant 99000-31260 to thread
part.
31. Oil receiver bolt
: Apply thread lock cement 99000-32110
to thread part.
2. Transfer output flange 17. Transfer left case 32. Oil receiver
3. Oil seal
: Apply grease 99000-25010 to oil
seal lip.
18. Oil seal
: Apply grease 99000-25010 to oil seal lip.
33. Transfer right case
: Apply sealant 99000-31260 to mating
surface with right case.
4. Pinion shaft RR taper roller bearing 19. Reduction drive gear LH bearing 34. Oil level/filler plug
: Apply sealant 99000-31260 to thread
part.
5. Retainer cover 20. Reduction drive gear 35. Breather hose
6. Transfer output retainer No.1 bolt
: Apply sealant 99000-31260 to
thread part.
21. Reduction driven gear LH taper roller
bearing
36. Intermediate shaft bearing
7. O-ring
: Apply grease 99000-25010 to all
around surface.
22. Reduction driven gear RH taper roller
bearing
37. Snap ring
8. Shim 23. Reduction drive gear RH bearing 38. Oil seal
: Apply grease 99000-25010 to oil seal
lip.
9. Spacer 24. Intermediate shaft 39. Transfer case bolt
10. Pinion shaft FR taper roller bearing 25. Oil protect plate bolt
: Apply thread lock cement 99000-32110
to thread part.
40. Transfer output retainer No.2 bolt
11. Reduction driven gear and bevel
gear set
26. Snap ring 41. Transfer output retainer
12. Adjuster plate 27. Oil protect plate : Do not reuse.
13. Adjuster plate bolt
: Apply thread lock cement 99000-
32110 to thread part.
28. Shim : Tightening torque
