The ROUTE Module
Viewing Dynamic Measurement Data
Help
– Press the
Help
function button to quickly view on-line help for Microlog data
collection.
Reference the
How to View POINT Setup Information
later in
this chapter for more information.
View
– Press to access the display’s
View Options
dialog where you are provided data
viewing options specific to the type of measurement displayed. For spectral
measurements, view options include;
Grid View – On / Off
. Toggle the display grid
On
and
Off
.
Fill Spectrum – On / Off
. Enable to fill the area beneath the spectrum
contour to enhance viewing contrast.
Cursor Mode
– Use harmonic markers to rapidly locate integral orders in
relation to their fundamental (1X). The three harmonic cursor modes are:
Simple
,
Harmonic
, and
Fixed
. The default is
Simple
(off).
Simple
–
No harmonic cursors.
Harmonic
–
Harmonics of the current c
ursor position are displayed.
The spectral cursor acts as the fundamental marker, and is re-
positioned using the left/right arrow buttons.
Fixed
–
Harmonics remain fixed, and cursor can be moved
independently.
View
– Provides additional view options relevant to the displayed data type.
For a single spectrum display, options are;
FFT: Default View
–
Displays the POINT’s FFT spectrum and the
percent change bar. Beneath the spectrum, an info area displays the
machine name from which the POINT branches, and the POINT’s ID,
Description and alarm status.
Point Info
–
No FFT spectrum displays, instead the POINT’s overall
reading and percent change bar display. In addition, a Point
Information area detailing POINT Id information, the last (previous)
data collection date/time, and the last (previous) overall reading for
the POINT displays to the right. POINT Id information and alarm
status are again repeated beneath the overall display.
FFT: No Overall
–
Displays only the FFT spectrum and POINT Id
information beneath the spectrum.
Apply
– Press this function button to return to the previous screen.

settings are lost when the Microlog is reset (i.e., after a soft
or hard reboot, after communication with @ptitude Analyst, after
the automatic daily power cycle).
