The

setting shifts the phase delay curve in time, by the entered
multiplier, if

equal to 1.00.

(No. 11) is programmed with a US (U1-U5) or IEC (C1-C5) curve,

is hidden and nonoperative. The preceding

(No. 11) - setting provides the US and IEC curves with an effective vertical
multiplier, instead.

This setting has no multiplying effect on the

settings. They all operate independently.
