Cypher SPM

User Guide

4. Using a 1.7 mm flat tipped screwdriver, loosen all the screws.

Be careful not to slip and possibly puncture the membrane with the screwdriver.

5. Remove the retaining ring and set it and the screws aside.

6. Remove the sample stage.

Lift off the sample stage.

Your parts should now be as shown to the right.

Store the sample stage as discussed in

Storage on

page 61
