Cypher SPM

User Guide

If you need to exchange a filter cube, follow this procedure.

1. Remove the installed filter cube.

Grip the filter cube mounted to the blueDrive unit.

Pull on the filter cube directly away from the
blueDrive unit, towards the front of the Cypher, as
shown by the arrow.

Do not apply torque to the filter cube.

2. Install a new filter cube as follows:

Locate the filter cube in its final position.

Ensure that the gauge pins line up with the holes on the blueDrive unit.

After the filter cube is close to being in place, let go of it and let the magnetic force position
the filter cube appropriately.

Note:

The software automatically recognizes the filter cube and scales drive amplitude (in
