User Guide

3. Pack the cantilever holders and accessories.

Place the cantilever holders and any small accessor-
ies in the Cypher accessory kit.

Close the Cypher accessory kit and place it in a foam
slot in the accessory foam.

4. If this is a new system, put the Olympus sample pack in a slot in the foam.

5. Put any additional accessories for this specific order in the foam.

Note:

Smaller items should already have been placed in the Cypher accessory kit.
