Warning
If the bidirectional optocoupler inputs/outputs at pin 5 and pin 9 are used as inputs, it must be ensured that
the voltage at these pins is never higher than the voltage at pin 4! If the voltage is higher, the in the LVMC
integrated hardware protection circuit will be activated, which may damage externally connected compo-
nents!
