Nova73

I/O & DSP Modules: LEDs & Switches

The front of each I/O and DSP module provides some useful LEDs:

·

ACTIVE LED

– shows that the module’s internal control system is booted and running.

The

ACTIVE

LED on each Nova73 module, or DALLIS card, should blink in time with all other

ACTIVE

LEDs (at

1Hz). This shows that the card is synchronous to the rest of the system. If an LED is out of sync, then check that
the card is fitted correctly, and if the symptom persists, replace the card.

Other LEDs & Switches

– some modules include additional status LEDs and switches. For details,

please consult the relevant data sheet, available in the "

mc2_Nova73_documentation

" guide.

Silk Screen

– shows the part number of the module.
