/XT+ With this option, nearly all data of the parameter records, even if they are not
significant for the particular measuring data set, will be output (e.g. measuring range
high limit value). Furthermore, the parameters used by FLUXUS for medium, pipe
and lining material as well as for the transducers will be output. In addition to the
sound path method, the number of sound paths is given.
/DT+ Measured values will be stamped with current data and time.

8.4 Utility Program MOVEDATA
MOVEDATA is a computer terminal program. With this software, your PC works in a
similar way to a serial printer.
Start the program MOVEDATA.EXE from the MS-DOS prompt using the following format:
SYNTAX:
movedata <OutputName> [<Options>]
PARAMETERS
: <OutputName> File name of the ASCII-file to be created. A file name must be
specified.
[<Options>] /Cx Specifies the serial port.
Without specifying this parameter, COM2 will be used.
/C1=COM1 ... /C4=COM4
/N An already existing file will be overwritten without
confirmation.
/H
Output of a help text.
Example: movedata data1.txt /C1
FLUXUS will transmit the measured values via serial interface COM1. The binary file
‘data1.flx’ and ASCII-file ‘data1.txt’ will be created.
8.5 Program Information and Error Messages
(MOVEFAST/FLXtoTXT)
Screen Messages Description
After start of program
(only applicable for MOVEFAST)
>> %s: THIS SERIAL PORT IS
NOT PRESENT ON THIS PC The serial port is not available on the PC you are using. Since
MOVEFAST accesses COM2 by default, the program
parameter needs to be set to /C1 if you use a PC or Laptop with
only one serial interface, i.e. COM1.
>> INVALID /C PARAMETER Only /C1, /C2, /C3, /C4 are accepted.
During file opening (applicable for MOVEFAST and FLXtoTXT)
FILE '<name>' ALREADY EXIST !
OVERWRITE ? y/[N] The file <name> already exists. It will be overwritten if you
enter ‘Y’ or ‘J’. The program will be terminated if you enter ‘N’.
This confirmation message will not appear if you start the
program with parameter /N.
Opening binary file '<name>' FLXtoTXT is opening the file <name> that will be converted.
Creating binary file '<name>' MOVEFAST is creating the binary file <name>.
