measurement per column is specified. The rows give measuring results per unit of
time, the columns are defined by the column title giving the respective quantities of

(4) Starting with the keyword '\DATA', all measured values of the measuring data set are
output. In multi-channel measurement mode, the measured values will be sorted
according to the respective channel (A:, B:, C:, etc.).
There are some keywords (always preceded by backslash ‘\’) which indicate special
operational states or events occurring during measurement:
