2 Description of Flowmeter
2.1 Scope of Supply, Unpacking, Storage
Scope of Supply
Please check completeness of items according to the following list based on the
standard scope of supply for FLUXUS:

instructions
1 Basic instrument, including inserted battery set (fully charged)
1 Mains power adapter and battery charging unit, with cables for power and
device connection
1 Set of transducers, with integrated cables as per order
2 Sensor clamp-on mounting fixture with chains
1 Tube of acoustic coupling component
1 Measuring tape for positioning of transducers
1 Serial interface cable
1 Interface adapter 9 pin / 25 pin
1 Repair set for transducer mounting chains
1 Set of disks with software data transmission and presentation
1 Transport case (including locking keys and shoulder strap)
Your scope of supply may contain other components according to your
particular order. A complete list of items, which are available for delivery,
can be found in our current Price List and Scope of Supply.
Unpacking
The transport case is divided into several compartments for the basic instrument
and its accessories.
Only unpack the transport case, when it lies flat on its large bottom surface. This
will ensure that the unit and accessories cannot fall out.
Make sure that the little red cover for the serial interface at the rear of the unit will
not be lost.
Storage
Always pack the instrument and its accessories into their respective compartments
of the transport case after measurements have been performed.
Wipe the transducers clean of traces of acoustic coupling component.
Tilt the instrument handle towards the upper front face of FLUXUS and not onto
the topside of the housing. This avoids scratches on the enclosure, caused by the
instrument handle, during transport. Avoid excessive cable bends especially when
closing the transport case top cover.
