NO PARAMETER
Reason:
There may be parameters missing because you have
not worked through the program branch
PARAMETER completely. Therefore, no complete
parameter record exists for storage.
Corrective action:
Enter the missing parameters.
14.1.2 Errors during Measurement
Error message F6:
OVERFLOW !
VALUE MEMORY
Reason:
FLUXUS interrupts the measurement when there is
not enough free internal memory available. The
measurement will not be interrupted if a process
interface or any other output has been activated. In
this case, the error message appears periodically on
the display.
Corrective action:
Deactivate the output option 'Store Meas. Data'. Out-
put the stored measuring data via the serial interface.
Afterwards, you can delete the stored measured val-
ues via the program branch SPECIAL FUNCTIONS.

Measured Values'.)
Error message F7:

A question mark at the right side of the lower
display line appears.
Additionally, the signal LED is red.
SIGN A L
Reason:
The question mark signals, that there is insufficient
acoustic contact during the measurement. The
normal measurement is erroneous. The last correct
measured value remains on the display.
Corrective action:
Wait until the acoustic contact is established.
Temporarily, there might be a higher proportion of
gaseous or solid particles in the flowing medium.
Check that there is a film of acoustic coupling
component between the transducers and pipewall.
Position the transducers again. Adjust the mounting
position of the transducer so that a maximum
acoustic contact can be achieved.
Change from using the reflection to the diagonal
transducer mounting method, if the signal attenuation
becomes too high because of a high viscosity of the
medium or deposits on the inner pipewall.
Select a more suitable measuring point.
