A relay of TYPE: NON HOLDING will switch for about 1 second , if the limit is exceeded
for a short time or the flow direction sign changes.
Relay contacts, which have been programmed FUNC: QUANTITY , will immediately
switch as soon as the current total flow reaches or exceeds the limit.

Relay contacts, which have been programmed
FUNC: ERROR , will only switch after
several unsuccessful measuring attempts (SIGNAL-lamp lights red). Therefore, typical
short-term disturbances of the measurement in the form of air bubbles, e.g. caused by
pumps being switched on, will not trigger the relay.
If there is an internal adaptation to changing measuring conditions, e.g. to a considerable
rise of the medium temperature, the relay will not switch.
As soon as a measured value is obtained (SIGNAL-lamp lights green), a relay TYPE:
NON HOLDING will switch back again.
If you have selected
Function: NONE , the relay will automatically be reset to switch
setting: NO Contact. This means that the relay coil is de-energised (contacts are open).
Note:
FLUXUS doesn't indicate via visual or acoustic means whether the relays switch or
reset.
