Remember that File Anti-Virus will scan only the files that are included in the pro-
tection scope created. Files not included in that scope will be available for use
without being scanned. This increases the risk of infection on your computer.

7.2.3.

Configuring advanced settings

As additional File Anti-Virus settings, you can specify the file system scanning
mode and configure the conditions for temporarily pausing the component.

To configure additional File Anti-Virus settings:

1. Open the application settings window and select

File Anti-Virus

under

Protection

.

2. Click the

Customize

button in the

Security Level

area (see Figure 17).

3. Select
