Closing Application
If Kaspersky Anti-Virus needs to be shut down, select
Exit
on the application
context menu (see 4.2 on pg. 40). This will cause the application to be unloaded
from random access memory, which would mean that your computer was unpro-
tected at the moment.
In the event that there were open network connections at the time the application
was shut down, a message will be displayed that these connections have been
broken. This is required for the application to exit properly. Disconnection is au-
tomatic after 10 seconds or occurs when
Yes
is clicked. Most such connections
are re-established after a period of time.
