Increase the Speed Up / Down Counter (Pr.106) when be active.

Decrease the Speed Up / Down Counter (Pr.106) when be active.

Increase the Speed Up / Down Counter by a preset value in Pr.107 every second

Decrease Speed Up / Down Counter by a preset value in Pr.107 every second.

Save，will save Speed Up / Down Counter value into Pr.105.
