● Clean the external water pipes before connecting them to the water inlet and
outlet pipes of the unit.
● The water inlet and outlet pipes of the unit are connected using pipe screw
threads. Do not exert excessive force when connecting the pipes to avoid
damaging the pipes. (Use two pipe pliers or chain pliers to connect pipes.)
● The water pipes are connected using thread connectors. The threaded joints
must be sealed with sealing tape or thread adhesive.
● When connecting water pipes, use appropriate active connectors and secure
them using a wrench.
● The water pipe must be wrapped with thermal insulation foam (including the
buried pipe) with a thickness of at least 3 cm.

Sealing
1. Remove the paper protective film from the sealing putty.
2. Seal the gaps between the water pipes and the devices using sealing putty
after the pipes are correctly connected.

Pipe Anti-freezing
Condensate drainpipes and water refill pipes may freeze and thereby be blocked
or crack in low-temperature areas. Take anti-freezing measures for the pipes.
Wrap the pipes starting from the water refill and drainage ports to the frozen soil
layer with an electric heating belt. Bury the remaining pipes underground (the
temperature at a specific depth underground is always above 0°C).
