L-Band Modulator Parameters

10 MHz Clock
The 10MHz Clock parameter enables providing an accurate 10 MHz reference clock for the next
up-converting level.
The 10 MHz Reference clock can be either embedded in the output stream OR physically provided
from the 10 MHz REF Clock connector on the L-Band front-end.
The available options are:

Off
– 10 MHz reference clock is available from the connector.
■
On
– 10 MHz reference clock is available embedded on the stream.
The 10 MHz Clock default is
Off
.
Front Panel
To set the source of the 10 MHz Clock parameter on the front panel:

Root > L-Band Modulation and Up-Converter > 10 MHz Clock

Web Manager
To set the 10 MHz Clock parameter in the Web Manager:
