Original Mark (MPEG-1 Layer 2)

The Original Mark parameter is used for the MPEG-1 Layer 2 copy protection mechanism. The
original mark indicates whether or not the bit stream is a copy of an original bit stream.

The available options are:

Off

– The bit stream is a copy of an original bit stream.

■

On

– The bit stream is an original bit stream.

The MPEG-1 Layer 2 Original Mark default is

To set the Original Mark parameter on the front panel:
