4.3.2 Panel Mounting
For the J22 TDLAS Gas Analyzer with a panel-mounted sample conditioning system, four spacers are provided as
stand-offs between the rear of the panel and the mounting surface to create clearance for the screws on the back of
the panel. Install the factory-provided spacers as shown below.
Spacer (P/N 1300002478) dimensions:
• OD: 19 mm
• ID: 8.1 mm
• Thickness: 13 mm

4.3.3 Plate mounting
The plate mounting option is designed for users who will install the J22 analyzer within their own enclosure. The J22
should be installed vertically with the analyzer controller exposed to the exterior of the enclosure.
When mounting the analyzer, position the instrument so that it is not difficult to operate adjacent devices.
Tools and hardware
• Mounting hardware (supplied with plate)
• Gasket (supplied with plate)

Refer to the mounting plate dimensions in Drawings →  to provide a proper cut-out in the customer-supplied
enclosure.

Lower analyzer through the enclosure hole so the plate aligns with the gasket.
3.
Secure analyzer in place with eight M6 x 1.0 screws and corresponding nuts. Tighten to a minimum 13 N-m (115
lb-in).
