Switching HART write protection on and off

A jumper on the I/O board provides the means of switching HART write protection on or off.

Warning!
Risk of electric shock. Exposed components carry dangerous voltages. Make sure that the
power supply is switched off before you remove the cover of the electronics compartment.

Switch off power supply.

Remove the I/O board

Switch HART write protection on or off, as applicable, by means of the jumper

→

Installation of the I/O board is the reverse of the removal procedure.
