VLAN Commands

Example

The following example configures the PVID for Ethernet port 1/e16, when the interface is in general
mode.

switchport general ingress-filtering disable

The

switchport general ingress-filtering disable

Interface Configuration mode command disables port

ingress filtering. Use the

form of this command to return to the default configuration.

Syntax

switchport general ingress-filtering

disable

no switchport general ingress-filtering

disable

Default Configuration

Ingress filtering is enabled.

Command Mode

Interface Configuration (Ethernet, port-channel) mode.

User Guidelines

There are no user guidelines for this command.
