The Workspace

Virtual Printers

tab lists the virtual printers that you have defined.

The Printer Monitor

Click the

printer

icon to open the Printer Monitor window.

The Printer Monitor window displays information about the size and type
of paper in each tray, the connected devices, the available toner, and other
aspects of the consumables.

The

Paper Stock

tab displays information about the paper in each tray and

also shows whether the trays are ready for printing.
