 Chapter 5 – Managing Jobs

 

Aborting a Running Job

To stop processing/printing a running job:

¾

Right-click the required running job in the 

Process Queue 

or the 

Print

 

Queue

,

 

and from the menu select 

Abort

.

The job is removed from the queue to the Storage

 

window, and the 

Alerts window is updated.

The 

Aborted

 status is assigned to the job and the next job in the queue 

starts running.

Note:  

To return a job to the proper queue, right-click the job(s) in the Storage 

window and from the 

Job

 menu select 

Submit

.
