9. Remove the cylinder head from the cylinder, remove

the gasket, and account for two alignment pins.

11. Remove the two nuts securing the right side of the

cylinder to the right-side crankcase half.

allow the piston to drop against the crankcase.

Account for the gasket and two alignment pins.

13. Using an awl, remove the piston-pin circlips. Take

care not to drop them into the crankcase.

14. Using Piston Pin Puller, remove the piston pin.

Account for the opposite-side circlip. Remove the

piston.



NOTE: It is advisable to remove the opposite-side

circlip prior to using the puller.
