This chapter describes various options governing the configuration of the
AudioFile SCX.
Defaults
The Defaults are used to set options that control how the AudioFile SCX
performs its functions. These can be changed at any time during a session. The
current Defaults can be saved to the hard disk so that they are used next time
the AudioFile SCX starts up. If changes are made to the Defaults then the saved
Defaults can be loaded to restore the system to a known configuration. Any
chapter dedicated to describing default is bound to be inherently boring.
However, a good working knowledge of the defaults and how they can help you
is beneficial.
