In all cases

Press the SET SOURCE IN-POINT or SET SOURCE OUT-POINT SoftKey as
required.

The yellow 'tape' will jump to the new point and, if there was no Mark, a new
Mark will be added. This is now the In Point Mark or Out Point Mark as
appropriate. SET SOURCE IN-POINT and SET SOURCE OUT-POINT can be
