How to import a ProTools file

Enter the projects page on the AudioFile and press PROTOOLS IMPORT.

_ Set the import options as desired:-

Rendered fades as events:

Unticked = Generate real time fades from ProTools rendered fades.

Ticked = Generate an events for each rendered fade.

Import unused audio:

Unticked = Do not import audio not used by the session timeline.

Ticked = Import all audio even if it is not used.

Apply automation fader moves:

Determines whether Fader moves within the ProTools session are interpreted or ignored.

Apply automation mutes:

Determines whether ProTools automation mutes are applied to the audio.

_ Click on Locate ProTools Session File and browse to the file location.
