No cylinder rotation or

reversing capabilities

voltage across the

primary of the

transformer?

Correct wiring

between

transformer and

supply voltage.

Check fuses.

Is there

voltage across

terminals 2 & 3 of the

transformer

secondary?

Replace

transformer.
