24 VAC to inverter proces-
sor board is not present.
Verify that 24 VAC is present at
J3 connector. Determine source
of no voltage if 24 VAC is not
present.
24 VAC is present but no
LEDs are lit.
Input Pico fuse(s) is/are open.
Field repair may be possible:
Contact WTC technical support
for help.
Inverter processor failure.
Replace inverter as necessary.
LED blinks, goes off,
comes on steadily

Weld control is in No-Weld

Place weld control in Weld
mode. Check DEP-100S and
switch settings.
Weld function is not in
weld sequence.
Add weld function to sequence.

Program the number of cycles
the weld needs to fire.
Inverter did not fire.
Verify weld. Check DEP-100S for
additional faults.
MEDLAN
COMM
LEDs do not blink.
Bad connection between
inverter and WTC
processor.
Check that Belden cable (Blue
Hose) from inverter to CI (Com-
munications Interface) card
connectors at both ends are
properly seated. Cable should
have continuity between
connectors.
Verify that Belden cable is wired
with the Blue wire on pin 1 at
both ends of cable.
Replace DEP-100S cable from
CI board to WTC Processor.
Replace CI board.
Replace WTC timer.
Replace inverter.
