Using a pattern

A pair of scissors

Quilting bar
CAUTION
Risk of injury posed by breaking needles
When the quilting foot is used for quilting, the needle may break if any stitch other
than the straight stitch with a central needle position is used. There is a risk of
injury posed by uncontrolled, moving parts.

Always use the straight stitch with a central needle position when using
the quilting foot. Stitches 7, 12, 17, 21, 22, 23, 24, 27 mentioned above
may not be used with the quilting foot.
Carry out the following steps:
1.
Fit the quilting bar in the opening provided for it in the presser foot shaft.
2.
Set the seam spacing you want by moving the quilting bar.
3.
Sew the three layers of material together.
» Quilting has been completed using the quilting bar.
