Tips for a long service life
To ensure a long service life, please take note of the following:
•
Do not expose the machine to direct sunlight, moisture or high levels of
humidity.
•
Clean your machine regularly. Perform these tasks thoroughly and at least
once a year. In the event of increased use, more frequently.
•
When cleaning the machine, only use dry or damp cloths.
•
Never use benzine, thinners or other chemical cleaning agents for
cleaning.
•
Do not expose the machine to strong vibrations.
•
Based on its design, the machine is not intended for commercial use.
•
Have it inspected by a W6 workshop for a fixed price at your expense.
•
Frequent sewers should send the machine in for an annual inspection
while an inspection every 2 to 4 years should be sufficient for normal use.
You can arrange an inspection directly on our W6 WERTARBEIT website.
