11 Troubleshooting
This troubleshooting chart enables the technician to repair the autoclave
Only technical personnel having proper qualifications and holding
technical documentation (including a technician manual) and adequate
information are authorized to service the apparatus.
It is recommended to use the technician function: view digital output; view
analog outputs; test digital output; see section 7.5 inputs outputs, in order to
diagnose which part is faulty.
Symptoms

The screen
doesn’t turn on.
1 The main switch is in
‘OFF’ position.

The power cord is
disconnected from the
machine or the mains.

The circuit breaker
has tripped.

Power supply faulty
1 Turn the main switch to the
‘On’ position.
(see front view drawing).
2 Make sure the power cord
is connected properly to the
machine and the mains.
(see rear view drawing)
3 Lift the circuit breaker
lever.

Replace the power supply.
After Pressing
Key no response
1. The software has a
bug and it is stuck
2.
The key pad not
connecting to the main
board.
1 turn off the autoclave and
restart the power
1.1 USB import
2. Replace control system/
Printer doesn’t
print
1 If printer's LED is on,
the printer is OK.

If printer's LED is off,
– faulty printer or no power
to the printer.

If printer's LED is
blinking, no paper is
inserted in the printer.

No obvious reason.
Disconnect and connect
again.

Check 24V input to
the printer. If none:

Discontinuity
between power supply
1 Make sure the paper roll
is inserted in the printer.

manual)

Switch off the machine and
switch it back on for restart

Replace the printer.
Fix discontinuity.
Replace power supply.
