Replacing the pressostat

Caution!

Before starting, disconnect the instrument from the power source and
ensure that there is no pressure in the autoclave.
Allow the autoclave to cool before removing outer covers.

The pressostat’s function is to turn off power when the pressure is too high.

1.  Open the outer covers of the autoclave.
2.  Disconnect the wires (1).
3.  Unscrew the nut (2).

Note:

Follow the steps in this section in the reverse order to install the

new pressostat.

4. Perform any cycle to verify that the pressostat operates as required.
