Set the FTP user name.
- Press the area as shown on the screen on the
right to switch to the letter input screen. Enter the FTP user
name within 128 letters using the alphabet (touch panel)
and numbers (digital keys), then press the SET key.

Set the FTP password and FTP path as in the same
manner as FTP user name.
- Enter the FTP password within 128 letters and enter the
FTP path within 128 letters.
- For the FTP path, specify the directory path on the FTP
server to save the scanned data.
For example, to specify the “ftp://192.168.1.1/ftp-dir/temp”
FTP folder in the FTP server, enter “ftp-dir/temp”.
1 Set the FTP server name.
- To send to the FTP server at the default setting, press the
NEXT key to skip to step 5.
- The FTP server at the default setting is set by the adminis-
trator in advance. Page 8-26.
- Press the area as shown on the screen on the
right to switch to the letter input screen. Enter the FTP server
name within 128 letters using the alphabet (touch panel)
and numbers (digital keys), then press the SET key.
You can enter the IP address directly instead of the FTP server
name.
2 Key in the FTP port number (0-65535).
3 Key in the connection time (0-300 sec.) in ‘FTP Time
Out’.
4 Press the NEXT key.
- Press the RESET key to clear the setting.
