Scones
1 / Mix together the flour and baking powder
with 2 pinches of salt. Add the butter, and
rub with your fingers until you obtain a
mixture that resembles fine breadcrumbs.
2 / Stir in the sugar and the raisins. Finally,
add the milk and mix the dough quickly.
Form a ball.
3 / On a floured worktop, roll the dough out
to a thickness of approximately 4 cm. Cut
out 6 circles 6 cm in diameter. Place the
dough circles in the muffin moulds, and
then place the mould in the Cake Factory.
4 / Start the manual programme at 240°C
for 30 min.
5 / Remove from mould and enjoy the scones
hot with butter and jam.

2 / In a large bowl, mix the butter and sugar
until pale.
3 / Add in the eggs, flour and baking powder,
then mix.
4 / Pour the mixture into the buttered pan,
then put it in the Cake Factory.
5 / Start

6/ Allow to sit for 10 min. before removing
from the pan.
