1 / Melt the butter and chocolate in the non-
stick pan by using the
PM
programme for
9 min at 140°C.
2 / Mix the sugar, flour and eggs in a bowl.
3 / Add the chocolate to the mixture.
4 / Divide the mixture equally between the
moulds, then place them in the Cake
Factory.
5 / For melting middles, start the
P3
programme
for 15 min.
6 / Allow to sit for 10 min before removing from
the mould.

• 3 eggs
• 180 g dark cooking
chocolate
• 150 g butter
• 75 g caster sugar
• 45 g plain flour
1 / In a large bowl, mix the flour and baking
powder together using a whisk.
2 / Put the butter in the non-stick mould and
place it in the Cake Factory. Start programme
PM
for 5 min at 140°C.
3 / Pour the melted butter into a mixing bowl.
Add the sugar and a pinch of salt, whisk.
Add the egg and whisk until the consistency
resembles mayonnaise.
4 / Add the flour/baking powder mixture in
3 stages, stirring with a wooden spoon.
Spread this batter out in the pan, gently
pressing the squares of chocolate and pecan
nuts into it. Put pan in the Cake Factory.
5 / Start programme

for 30 min.
6 / Slide the giant cookie on to a rack and allow
to cool so you can really appreciate
its crunchy, chewy texture.

• 1 egg
• 250 g plain flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 50 g to 60 g plain
chocolate broken into
