Yogurt and lemon
cake
1 / Mix the eggs, sugar and salt in a bowl. Add
plain yogurt and rapeseed oil.
2 / Sift flour and baking powder together and
add to mixture, a half at a time. Add the
lemon zest.
3 / Pour the mixture into the buttered mould and
put it in the Cake Factory.
4 / Start the

programme for 35 min.
5 / Allow to sit for 10 min before removing from
the mould.

• 1 tbsp baking
powder
• 1 tub plain yogurt
(125 g)
• 2 lemons
• 70 ml rapeseed or
sunflower oil
• pinch of salt

1 / Whisk the sugar and eggs.
2 / Warm the lime juice then pour over
the eggs.
3 / Add the zest.
4 / Add the coconut milk and cream.
5 / Mix.
6 / Spoon into glass jars or a large dish.
7 / Start cooking.
8 / Chill for at least 2 hrs before serving.
