1 / Using an electric mixer, beat the eggs and
sugar until pale and frothy. Add the cream
and keep beating.
2 / Mix the flour and baking powder together
and add.
3 / Put 3 raspberries in the bottom of each of
the 6 moulds then split the mixture equally
between them, and arrange a few raspberries
on top. Put the moulds in the Cake Factory.
4 / Start programme

for 35 min.
5 / Leave to rest for 5 min. then remove
from mould.
• 130 g plain flour
• 1 tsp baking powder
• 2 eggs
• 80 g golden caster

1 / In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs, sugar and
salt together. Melt the butter in the non-stick
pan and whip in. Add the flour and the milk,
whisking continuously.
2 / Spread the prunes out in the pan. Place the
batter in the Cake Factory and pour the cake
mixture over the prunes.
3 / Run the

4 / Leave to cool, then remove from the pan and
enjoy warm or cold.
