Occurs when trying to sense a
move of the carriage assembly)
If the translate assembly moves –
and you get a failure – that means
that we're not reading the encoder
strip.
If the translate assembly doesn't
move – it probably is the motor
leads, motor, or 24-volt power
supply.
•
Make sure the encoder strip is
inside sensor.
•
Make sure the motor leads are
connected to the vertical motor.
•
Check that the cable from the
sensor is connected through
the translate from to the
umbilical cable for the picker.
•
Change the 24-volt power
supply.
•
Change the controller PCA.
