Replacing an Optical Drive
1.
Follow the steps in the service access procedure at the beginning of this
chapter to remove the right access panel.
2.
Disconnect the power and SCSI cables from the rear of all drives.

Remove the RFI panel covering the drives. Remove the two T-20 screws
from the top of the RFI panel. Tip the panel out and up. The panel is held at
the bottom by positioning tabs. As you pull the RFI panel up and away, help
the SCSI cable thread through its hole in the panel.
4.
Remove the two T-20 screws from the drive you are replacing.
