4.6 Complete Installation
Completing the assembly
1.
Insert the power cord (IEC 60320 C13/C14-type with earth con-
tact) into the socket located at the back of the top housing.
2.
NOTICE!
Property damage due to increased voltage!
Make sure that the local strength of current conforms to the power
rating of the GuardOne® Workstation.
3.
Connect the power cord to the power supply.
4.
To switch the GuardOne® Workstation ON (I) or OFF (0), use the
main power switch located above the socket. Turn the main power
switch to ON.
After switching the GuardOne® Workstation to ON, the touchpad
with the graphical user interface at the front of the top housing will
show the Standby screen.
The GuardOne® Workstation is now ready for performing a function
test.
Performing a function test
The function test shows if UV lamp, LED lights and HEPA filter are working.
Precondition:

The GuardOne® Workstation is fully assembled.
›
The main power switch is turned to ON.
›
After switching the GuardOne® Workstation to ON, the graphical
user interface displays the Standby screen.
Press Tap to unlock to unlock the Standby screen.
The Standby screen is unlocked.
You are now on the Home menu.
When putting into service, the Home screen displays status alerts
1 and 3 when the GuardOne® Workstation is first switched on.
This is to ensure that after initial installation, monitoring of the
lifespan of the HEPA filter and UV lamp is activated.
Activating the HEPA filter
1.
Press Settings.
2.
Press Replace HEPA Filter.
3.
Enter the 10-digit serial number (1) shown on the front
of the filter labels.
4.
Press Enter (2) to finish the installation procedure.
5.
Press Home to return to the Home menu.
