GasLab Q2 can be operated with a fiscal or unofficial approval.
The display “
Software status”
shows
under “
Approval
” an identifying abbreviation for this file at the second place in the list. If
GasLab Q2 is not operated under fiscal
approval, an entry “
NonFisca
l” is shown at this place.
This situation is shown in the example.
If you want to operate the device with an fiscal approval, please contact Elster
GmbH who will then close the SSW and extend the software to use this
function

If the device is operated with an
“
Approval
” and closed SSW, relevant parameters are saved. A
list of this parameters can be obtained by activating the displayed hyperlink of approval file.The
appearing
sub display “
Secured parameters
“ enables the user to view all (legally relevant
settings) on the device. If the device status is compliant with the approval file, black text on the
display is shown, if there are deviations the text is in red color.
Display test
With this action a display appears on an ongoing basis, all pixels of display ares turn on and
off. In this way you can check whether the display is working in an error-free manner.
