Troubleshooting and Repair

General Troubleshooting

The user is not authorized to troubleshoot the defective device beyond the measures described in chapter 12.1
and chapter 12.3 or make repairs himself. Special electronic modules are inserted in the SICAM MMU which
can only be replaced by the manufacturer according to the guidelines for Electrostatic sensitive devices (ESD).

If you suspect any damage on the device, Siemens recommends sending the entire device to the manufacturer.
For this purpose, it is best to use the original transport packaging or similar packaging.

The error messages can be saved as described in chapter 7.2.5.2, section
