7 Operation
7.3 Configuration of the Device

To edit the settings of the measured value data groups, proceed as follows:

In the navigation window, click the Administrative menu and then IEC 60870-5-104 .

Select the corresponding parameters using the list boxes and radio buttons according to Table 7-11 and
enter the desired threshold value.

After the parameterization click Send .
The parameters are transmitted to the device but not enabled yet (passive set of parameters).

If you do not want to make any additional settings, continue with the Activation of the device configuration
according to section Activating the Set of Parameters . If you want to change other settings, enter the
changes and then enable the device configuration as described in section Activating the Set of
Parameters .
NOTE
The further configuration process requires an activation as described in chapter 7.3.1.3.
